Resources for families, caregivers, and persons with memory impairment

Yesterday I attended an educational conference sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association and The Converse Home. The session titled Celebrating the Quality of Life, Innovative Approaches in Meaningful Programming for People with Memory Impairment, was informative, fun, and provided an opportunity to network and share ideas. Thank you Ellen Meagher, Ellen Gagner, Janet Brown- Wolff, and Pam Beidler for all your hard work in putting this together!

The last session was an online tour of the Alzheimer’s Association webpage:. The site is intuitive, and has a wealth of resources for individuals recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, families, and caregivers.  The support line is available to answer your questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I’ve included some helpful links below:

Have a wonderful day!
